Q: How is Coaching different from Therapy?
A: Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or work through mental health issues or emotional disorders. Coaching focuses on present and future outcomes—not on analysing past experiences or emotional trauma. The Coach will not act as a psychologist, therapist, or mental health counsellor under any circumstances.
